requisite value as per the stamp duty prevalent in the respective state (Rs. 100 in the

2. Each page of the Power of Attorney is to be signed and wherever the blanks are filled
in initialed by the Grantor (applicant executing the POA). The POA should be signed
by the Attorney on the last page.
3. It is mandatory that the Power of Attorney should be notarised by a Notary Public.

1. The Power of Attorney should be first typed on a plain sheet of paper. Each page
of the Power of Attorney is to be signed and wherever the blanks are filled in
initialed by the Grantor (applicant executing the POA).
2. The signature of the Grantor the should Grantor should be attested by any
authorised official of the Indian Embassy / Indian Consulate / Trade
Commissioner Trade Commissioner of India in India / Notary Public in the
country where the Grantor resides. These officials will have to affix their stamp

To request ICICI Bank or agree for any change or modification in the amount/s of

discharge.

To give necessary information and documents to assist ICICI Bank appraise the
Application/s, and any properties purchased/to be purchased using the Facilities.

6.

properties as may be required by ICICI Bank and as the Attorney may agree, in a
form and manner acceptable to ICICI Bank; to pay stamp duty on security
documents if any, present such security documents for registration before
appropriate Registrar/Sub-Registrar of Assurances and give authority letters to
the Sub-Registrar to directly deliver the registered documents to ICICI Bank.
7.
To furnish such indemnities as may be required by ICICI Bank in relation to the
Facilities (including security for the same) and execute all such agreements,
documents and writings as may be required by ICICI Bank in respect of the
Facilities.
8.
To execute in favour of ICICI Bank an irrevocable Power of Attorney authorizing
ICICI Bank to execute in its own favour or in favour of any other person, as ICICI
Bank in its sole discretion may decide, legal mortgage in English form on the
properties to be secured for the Facilities.
9.
To execute in favour of ICICI Bank, an irrevocable Power of Attorney authorizing
ICICI Bank, inter alia, to sell the properties secured on any delay or default in
repaying the facilities and/or occurrence of any other event of default under the
Facilities as also to appropriate sale proceeds against the outstanding amounts in
respect of the Facilities.

In addition to power under clause (6) above, to pledge with ICICI Bank any share
certificates, debentures, bonds, units issued by Unit Trust of India, National
Savings Certificates, fixed deposits or any other security owned by me, by way of
security for the Facilities and to sign any documents, transfer forms or papers that
may be required in connection therewith.

To acknowledge my liability / debt to ICICI Bank in respect of the Facilities.

To buy property/ies on my behalf from any person, to execute agreement/s for
sale and deeds, pay all monies (including deposits) in relation thereto, pay stamp
duty, present such agreement/s and deeds for registration before appropriate
Registrar/Sub-Registrar of Assurances and give authority letters to the Sub-
Registrar to directly deliver the registered documents to ICICI Bank / their trustees
/ agents.

To take possession of the properties which have been purchased on my behalf.

may deem fit.

The Bank or credit card statement contains a record of your financial transactions done during the specific period. In the past, the account holders used to get their transactions updated in their passbook, and the credit card holders used to receive their monthly bill physical copy. But now, the summary of the bank transactions and credit card monthly statements are emailed to the customer in the form of an email statement.

All the transaction summary are recorded in a PDF file and are sent to customers registered email address periodically. But these email statements sent by the bank are always password protected for security reasons, which means to open or view the pdf statement the customer needs to enter the password.

But the Bank or Credit Card Statement can also be downloaded manually through the bank internet banking portal. The downloaded bank or credit card statement through internet banking won’t contain any password protection, so if you are having trouble opening your bank or credit card statement sent through email by entering a password then you can download a password-free statement through the bank internet banking portal.

However downloading bank or credit card statement through internet banking portal has its own benefits, uses and reasons. And some of the popularly known reasons are listed below:

ICICI Bank and Credit Card Statement Download without Password

To download your ICICI Credit Card Statement without password, login to ICICI Internet banking portal using your user id and password

Once you are logged in, just click on e-Statements under Bank Accounts

From the e-Statements page you will be able to download your bank as well as credit card statement

By default on the e-statements page, you will be able to download bank statement

To download the bank statement, select the bank account if you hold multiple accounts with ICICI, if you hold only one the by default the bank account will be selected, then select the period by month and click on the PDF icon to download the statement in PDF version and to download the file in CSV format just click on CSV format

To download your ICICI Credit Card statement, just select credit card from the list and click on the Go button

On the next screen, just select your credit card from the list if you hold multiple cards and then select the monthly or annual period and click on the pdf icon to download the e-statement in PDF file and to download in CSV format just click on CSV icon.

To download your Axis bank and credit card statements, login to the internet banking portal

Once you are logged in, under accounts section operative to download your bank account statement or my credit card to download your credit card estatement

If you have selected operative account then on the next page your bank account will be displayed

Just select your account if you have multiple bank accounts and then click on the detailed statement button

On the next page you need to select the period of which you need your statement by selecting the date and then select the file format from the display format list and then click on the get statement button (Maximum allowed date range for Statement generation is 3 years)

If you have selected my credit card then on the next page your credit card will be listed

If you are holding multiple credit card, select the credit card from the list of which you need to download the statement

And then under the drop down menu more services select current statement to download the current credit card statement or statements to download statements by month, or select unbilled statement if you wish to download the unbilled statement of your credit card

Once selecting your preferred statement option which you wish to download, then just click on the go button

If you have selected current statements or unbilled transactions then on the next page, all your current transactions or unbilled transactions will be displayed. You can download the current statement or unbilled transactions statement by clicking on download as PDF, XLS or CSV format

If you have selected statements, on the next page all your credit card statements will be filtered by the date.

You can select the date which you wish to download the statement and click on the get statement button

Remember that even if you download Axis bank or credit card statements through the internet, the statement file will be password protected.

SBI Bank and Credit Card Statement Download

To download State Bank of India bank account statement, login to your Online SBI internet banking account

From the dashboard, quick links menu click on the Account statement
